:iconsarsel: was kind enough to share her adorable Toothless pattern: [link]
Mine came out about 5.5in/14 cm tall with an E hook and worsting weight yarn.

...And I made an albino one, because I <3 albino lizards. Decided to also try safety eyes on the pattern, instead of felt eyes, came out nice, if a bit cranky!

I made up the pattern for the wings on the tail and butt, you can find my patterns here (plus a little more info): [link]

Night Fury dragons belong to Dreamworks.

Not trying to be a butt, but albinos have red eyes, because since there is no pigment, you see the blood in the eye.

I'm assuming night furies are reptiles. :)

Albinism works differently in reptiles than in mammals. Albinism is a lack of melanin, which is black and brown in herps. Albino reptiles generally still have some chromatophores unaffected by albinism, which is why <a href=[link]>the Super Snow Tremper Enigma leo morph has red eyes (note that's a combination of three traits, and they still often have coloured markings), but a <a href=[link]>simple one-trait albino leo will have pale gold eyes as well as yellow, orange or lavender markings. Also compare to the Snow ball python morph (two recessive traits, albinism & axanthic) or the Albino ball morph (one recessive trait, and the normally black markings are white, and the brown patches are yellow, though albino pythons often do have orange to red eyes).
I did take some creative liberty with the addition of blue to the eyes on my toy, but as I'm assuming Night Fury dragons are reptiles, and their only body pigment is black, I figured that an albino Night Fury would be solid white with pale gold eyes. (And pink feets just 'cause it's cute.)

tl;dr SCIENCE!

Not everyone knows that albino reptiles are different. :) (I love red eyes on white herps, though, I gotta admit...)

I have a question about the pattern...What does the M stand for in the tail pattern? I really don't get the abreviation!
Anyway, I love what you did with the pattern, your dragon is a bit scary but still cute!
